My Experiences with Capital Construction

I am pleased to write of my experiences with Frank Laskey and Capital Construction who recently (June 2003) completed a new house for my family. My experience was extremely positive and enjoyable for a number of reasons.

First, Frank’s approach to customer service is impressive. Little things matter a great deal to me and he delivered. He answered phone calls promptly, he communicated in person, by telephone and by e-mail on a regular and continual basis. He was responsive to our needs and requests and was flexible to change as we requested.

Second, Frank’s attention to detail was impressive. He instilled a high level of quality with his employees so that we were all the same page insofar as our vision for the project was concerned. He worked very hard to make that vision come true. Many times, Frank would point out places that needed to be improved upon that I had not noticed and probably wouldn’t have if he hadn’t noticed and brought them to my attention.

Third, our goal was to have a project that was environmentally friendly. Since my wife is chemically sensitive, we were also concerned about the amount of off-gassing type products used in construction. Frank went out of his way to ensure that all the material had very low or no chemical emissions. In many cases, we researched types of products from various manufacturers to find those that met our requirements. At the same time that we were trying to be as “green” as possible, it was done without being dogmatic about it.

I would not hesitate to use Capital Construction again and cannot recommend them highly enough and I would be happy to discuss my experiences with any Capital Construction prospective clients.
